Suggest Medication To Heal Painful Scar Around C-section

Due to been over weight and having had a c section with my last child I have overlapping skin where my belly droops. Its broken out across my scar an feels blistery and smells bad and quite painful to touch, is there a cream you could suggest to heal this up

Hello,
Opened up wound painful wound with blisters on C-section scar is quite serious things. As per your explanation, foul smell of wound strongly suggest that its a bacterial infection of C- section scar.
You must visit to your Obstetrics surgeon. Thorough clinical examination and wound debridement is must from the Surgeon. After debridement of wound Surgeon will prescribe you some antibacterial and supportive medication.
