I do not have a thyroid, removed in 2003, for which I take medication. Also, I have Iron deficiency for which I take iron supplement. I struggle to lose weight no matter what I do. I drink approx. 30 ounces of water a day. Do you have any suggestions?

check on life style, consult dietitian, do swimming,cycling. avoid cola,coffee,smoking,alcohol,junk food,drugs. take fresh fruits,tofu,soya products,leafy products. consult physician for orlistat,lorcaserin, surgeon for bariatric surgery. feedback.
