Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my TSH has been 0.3-0.8 for the past 7 months. Taking taking 137MCG LEVOTHYROXINE but not helping. I have tried so many different medications from cytomel to armour. My labs have never been normal for more than 3 months in the past 5 years. what else can I do?
Hello, Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern
If your TSH is maintained between 0.4 to 4, then it means that the thyroid supplementation is adequate. If your TSH falls too low or high, follow up with your treating physician to adjust the dose of Levothyroxine.
