- life style modifications (very vital step for you as currently, you are solely drug dependent)
- meditations and YOGA
- deep breathing exercises, Pranayam, Kapalbhati and Anulomvilom
- joining peer groups with same problems
- reading holy books, literature, online videos of spiritual aspects to combat the thought process reversal on a better scale

counselling sessions with your psychiatrist
- supportive medications
- balanced nutritious diet
- avoidance of
smoking, alcohol, marijuana or other recreational drugs if using.
