General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The throat pain is due laceration of oral, and throat mucosa from drinking nail polish remover and salt water. Please do follow the doctor's current treatment rigorously. I'd add only an antacid syrup to ease the symptoms. Do regular follow ups with her caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
