sir i am taking glimisave m3 forte since 2days.previously i took triglimisave2 after breakfast and advog0.2mg at noon lunch time.my sugr level was 255.so dr. suggest for the same and advog 0.2 also.i feel tired .not feeling well. my creat.level is 0.86 /hb 15 .pl suggest me for betterment
Hi there, Thank you for your question. Your blood glucose levels at 255 certainly are high which may be the reason why you are feeling tired, but you should also have a thyroid function test done to make sure that is normal because that is so commonly associated with diabetes and can cause the tired feeling as well. For the blood glucose levels you should be on glucophage 500 mg twice daily to start with along with the medications that you are on. You should check your blood glucose levels regularly and if your glucose levels are not controlled then the dose of the medications should be gradually increased to the maximum dose. If at maximum dose of oral medications your blood glucose is still not controlled then you should be put on insulin. Regards
