Suggest Medication To Regulate Ferritin Levels To Normal Range

My 17 year old elite athlete cannot seem to get your serum blood ferritin into a normal range. She takes a daily dose of iron in the morning and night with OJ and no coffee. After 3 months of increased iron supplements she is still way below the normal elite athlete range. (16). is there a liquid iron or a type of prescription medication to help her get her ferritin levels within range. She is training for the Olympic Trails and needs to figure this out soon

Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Don't worry much. Stay calm.
you are on right path to increase stores but you can do it quickly because body has its own rate of absorption and generation. either you take oral or injections, rate will be the same. so you have only option of taking supplements. nothing else you can do.
Hope this information helps you.
Best wishes.
