Hello, You are suffering from implant failure. There are multiple reports of implant failure and reactive synovitis. Progressive pain in the elbow or wrist are early and prominent symptoms of failure. You can take pain relieving medications, naproxen or Combiflam, one stat after food. Applying pain relieving sprays like Volini on the affected area will give symptomatic relieve from pain. Include turmeric in your regular diet, it has anti-inflammatory effects. Get clinically examined by an Orthopaedics to detect the clinical signs of synovitis. You will be accordingly treated with steroid injections in case inflammation and swelling is detected. Post surgery complications like fragmentation of the implant, osteoarthritis, and synovitis are common. Get re-examined and re-evaluated to detect complications like postoperative extension lags or instability so that repair surgery and symptomatic treatment can be done to help reduce your symptoms.
