Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Dear Dr. Samuel, My husband s blood pressure is around 80-95/135-150. it is always up and down even in the same day. It is normal when he did some exercise like running or swimming. But the normal pressure could not last long, one day is normal and another day is high. He does want to use medication. What he is doing now is diet(eats a lot of fruit, cereal, nuts, less oil, low salt and sugar etc) and exercise(everyday 50 minutes). He has been doing this for 6 month now. But the blood pressure is still not stable. What is your advise? Many thanks. Fiona
