Suggest Medication To Terminate Pregnancy

Hi I have PCOS and thyroid. Last month I had my periods on the 11th and this month I my periods is still due. I had a reddish brown discharge on the 5th for about 2 days and it was very scanty. I went for a home pregnancy test and it came negative. Again yesterday I had that reddish brown discharge for abt an hour. Could this mean I am having implantation bleeding and am pregnant? What could be the possible reason for such kind of discharge? Also how can I terminate my pregnancy (only if am pregnant ) without any surgical methods. Please suggest!

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A negative urine pregnancy test rules out pregnancy for all practical purposes.
The brown colored discharge could be a symptom of onset of menstruation.
You can wait for few more days for menstruation to set in.
Implantation bleeding is unlikely because the pregnancy test is negative.
Medical terminal of pregnancy consists of capsules of drugs called mifepristone and misoprost.
These drugs are available in one kit and should be taken as directed.
