have higher blood pressure in a.m. as 150/94 or128/8803 131/89 or 146/83or 145/84. Then in p.m. after taking lisinopril and 25 mg. of toprol BP gets lower as 109/74 105/66111/70 106/66 109/68 80/61 99/46 80/61 and these are readings I have over week. In a.m. take triameterene and 25 mg. og toprol. Seems to be droppong after taking mrds in early p.m. Wondering if meds need adjustiing.

With the charting done by you that i can see, you would require to reduce the dosage.
Following are my recommendations: 1. To take a combination of Hydrocholrthiazide and Amlodipine, commonly available as Amlovas-H 5/12.5 once a day. 2. Stop all other anti hypertensive medicines. 3. To take low salt and low fat diet 4. Exercise daily.
I would also suggest you to get following investigations: 1. Serum Creatinine 2. Lipid Profile 3. Fasting Blood Sugar 4. ECG If you have any further query please ask me. Stay Healthy.
