Suggest Medications For Asthma

My son and I both have asthma. Most of the time we are fine, except when we catch a cold or are around allergy triggers. Then we require a rescue inhaler. I am struggling with health insurance right now and need to find an easy way to get replacement inhalers . I keep one at school for my son( we are required to keep in school office) on my person for me, Having a tough time keeping up with and finding a dr to prescribe I do not have a regular dr because we moved, Now Obama care is making it almost impossible to see a doctor. Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I appreciate your concern.
As you both are having asthma, allergy factor might have working so try to find out the allergen and avoid it.
But Montek LC is good medicinie for respiratory tract allergy so you both can start taking this medicine.
Continue it with for long time, it will work in your case.
Along with this medicine you can take some bronchodilator when you get attack, this will give relief from breathlessness.
Go for deep breathing exercises daily.
Ok and take care.
