Suggest Medications For Bumps

I had a bite on my hand a few weeks ago that I scratched raw, as it's been healing I've kept scratching it open. Now its healing, but there are red/pink bumps around the scab in a circle that itch, and it sometimes makes the whole top of my hand itch. Bandaids are not helping, actually make it worse.

Hi,
It seems that due to itching scabs are formed and now itching does not allow scabs healing.
Apply triple action cream on scabs and bumps.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl to prevent itching and allowing scabs healed.
Ok and take care.
