Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had 2 EKG's that show contour abnormality consistent with anteroseptal infarct. I have no symptons, low blood pressure and I am not sure about my cholesterol. I am a non smoker, 50 year old female. I have never drank alcohol. I am overweight running 2 busineses and lots of sitting.
Is it an ECG machine reading? You have to correlate clinically with ECG finding. If you have symptoms like hypertension, diabetes or chest pain then you need to consult your Cardiologist immediately.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. If no symptoms, no risk factors, normal blood pressure or normal cholesterol need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
