Suggest Medications For Cystic Lesions And Enlarged Spleen
I just found out that I have 5cm cystic lesion on my left adnexal, and an enlarged spleen as well as bandlike opacity in both of my lung bases, I have severe pain, and have been have severe bloating severe, with sudden severe constipation. Started my period tonight and my pain level is like a 9 or ten.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if this is pure cystic lesion then further investigation is needed it should not ne neglected and in my opinion MRI is the best option if something is there then it should be ruled out better discus this with the doctor, take care and have a nice day.
