Suggest Medications For Mild Hepatomegaly.

My sister is having pain in the right side of abdomen for the last 2-3 months. When prescribed to have USG of whole abdomen by local doctor, report said mild Hepatomegaly and the medicines prescribed further were Motilum M-10 and Pan-40. Inspite of medicines intake, pain is there still. She is mother of 6 month baby and also breast feed her infant.She avoids junk food and also takes fruits and vegetables. She is school teacher nad has to walk more than 2 kms daily for job persuing.
Please advice any cure or medicines.

I really appreciate your concern, underlying cause of abdomen pain is matter of concern, if this is the right side pain then it may be appendicitis, urinary tract infection, colicky abdomen pain these are the common causes, and these needs to be ruled out and differentiation, till then Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried hope this information helps.
