Suggest Medications For Painful Urination And Cloudy Urine With Strong Odor
I am wondering if I have a bladder infection. I don t have burning but I have a nagging urge to go to the bathroom even when I don t need to go, like something is pressing on my urethra for the last 2-3 days. This morning my urine was cloudy and had a different smell. I am not sure if I can see a doctor without going to urgent care which is too expensive. I am hoping not to have to take time off but I will if that is the only way I can be prescribed antibiotics?

Urgency of urine is a symptom of UTI. You have said that you have cloudy urine which also is a symptom of Urinary tract infection. You should do routine and microscopic examination of urine and a ultrasound of lower abdomen. Before this you can start antibiotics such as Cefuroxim and take a lot of drinking water.
