Hello I have gone through your question and understand your concern. My suggestion in this case is to avoid sexual intercourse till the rash completely subside and lowered immunity may be the cause of cross infection. Add a daily single dose of multivitamin to boost up the immune system, taking probiotic supplements (containing Lactobacillus acidiophilus) 5 to 10 billion CFUs will help building friendly bacteria in body thereby preventing harmful bacteria and fungus to grow. Keep the area with rash clean and dry, avoid wearing tight clothes continue with the medications prescribed along with the addition of immunity building multivitamins and probiotics. Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
