first thing you need to be strong as such kind of disease checks your patience
so you need to hold down your nerves
now coming to food ,just monitoring your food through apps dosent work alone in this what kind of food items you are having is more important.
As you are doing gym n all better to avoid weight lift
i would advice to do crunches ,better switch on yoga
