General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, as there is already venlavaxine ER 150mg is going on, addition of melatonin (3 mg) at night would be best option to get circardian rhythm of disturbed sleep pattern. Additional deep breathing exercises, YOGA and meditations will help a lot for the issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
