Suggest Medications To Get Relief From GERD

I always have a hard time in breathing. Short breathing. I already gone endoscopy and found out that i have h pylori inpections. So i took different medicines but didnt improve my conditions. What is the best medicines or relief for GERD or do i need to undergo now for surgery. Please enlightene my mind. Thank you

You have problem of gastroesophageal reflux disease. You have to modify your diet and lifestyle. ..

Avoid spicy and fatty foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Eat small amount of food and chew properly.

Avoid citrus foods and oily foods.

Elevate your head during sleeping time so reflux problem can decrease.

Avoid immeadiat sleeping after meal.

Proton pump inhibitor drugs helpful for acid suppression and reduce reflux problem.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.

Surgery is a last option for gastroesophageal reflux disease.
