Hello, I am 35 years old and I used to very lean and my weight was about 55kg. over the past two years i have gained approx 7kg. I have always been ver active and due the weight gain I have increased my training to try and loose the weight. Can you help me.

Only going for physical activity is not complete solution to reducing weight. Meet Dietitian and Nutritionist nearby your area she can guide you how to make a balance between both of them physical activity and healthy diet. It is not worth that you are following unhealthy diet and doing exercise more and more . If you are doing exercise and physical activity you should need to follow healthy diet which is beneficial for you. For achieving perfect health you need to follow as per healthy guidelines.
