I was told I had a sinusitis infection so I was put on anti biotics but I still have bad ringing and loss of hearing and I've been taking the antibiotics for 4 days now and no improvement

1. You probably have eustachian tube dysfunction which is common with common cold as the Virus causing the symptoms result in swelling of the tube so they do not open normally during swallowing/yawning so an ENT Consultation is necessary [as there is no improvement with conventional line of treatment] for you for Physical and Audiogram Examination
