Suggest Medicine For Constipation And Abdominal Pain

abdominal pain since yesterday, a little the day before. mostly lower middle. had some gas and bloating. the gas is mostly gone. pain when I take solid steps while walking. constipate for two days. took miralax yesterday late afternoon. nothing from that yet. no fever. pain sometimes so sharp I have to bend over. Tylenol relieves pain a lot. hoping when I can go to the bathroom, it will go away.

take lot of fibre rich foods to avoid constipation.Can use syrup duphalac night time alone. if constipation is corrected u will not suffer with abdominal pain..
