Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Your post meals sugar is not too high to be worried. So continue same medication or do some changes as per your doctor advice.
My advice to you is -

1. Ideally blood sugar levels in diabetes patients on treatment is
Fasting PP2BS So,your sugar levels are under good control at present.

2.The other important thing is HBA1c levels (it's a 3 monthly average sugar levels) which should be less than 7.

3.Stick to adequate diet control and regular daily brisk walking.

4 . Do FBS, PP2BS AND HBA1c report every 3 monthly for adequate sugar control.

5.If still PP2BS remains above 160 persistently your doctor can easily adjust dose of medicines. At present you should not worry about it.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
