Suggest Medicine For Fever, Runny Nose And Throat Infection

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from stuffed/runny nose, tingling throat, cough, throat infection and occasional fever around 101 degrees F. Visited a doctor and he suggested Moxikind CV 625 for 7 days along with Paracetamol 650 mg SOS. I have taken it for two days and so far no noticeable results is see. After waking up in morning, I feel my throat infection is increased which reduces as the day pass by. The tingling sensation in throat is not going away. Please suggest whether I need to change my medicine or to continue this.
