I don t know what is my problem. I have many issues with my life. When I try to sleep very deep thoughts occurs in my mind resulting less or no sleep which spoils my work schedule completely for next day. Tried low music, boring book reading etc nothing helped. Plus anxiety problem is getting started now. I know sleeping pills are harmful but without them I don t think will be able to get proper sleep. Please advice the medicine.
