Hello,

You are suffering from itchy skin rash on the lower abdomen and axilla. Take care of your hygiene. Bath daily and change clothes regularly. Wear soft cotton clothes. Do not share your clothes, bedding or toiletries with anyone. Use antiseptic and anti-bacterial soap. You are suggested to apply herbal moisturizer or water based moisturizer / body lotion after bath. Do not leave your skin dry to avoid itchiness.

Take non sedating antihistamine to prevent itching. Do not touch, scratch as it may spread the infection. You can also apply ointment hydrocortisone on the area affected for relieve. You are diagnosed with chronic urticaria. Prednisolone is prescribed to treat chronic urticaria.

Other medicines that can help in urticaria are doxepin, tricyclic antidepressant. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist, given commonly in aspirin sensitive urticaria. Get clinically examined by a dermatologist, get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
