Hi doctor Suffering from M type baldness for 5 years. I m male 25 years. Tried many solutions like Minoxidil 5 per cent. After stopping the solution losing grown hair too. Need permanent solution for my hair problem. Is it possible to grow hair in bald spot. Thank you DINESH
Male pattern hair loss is an Androgenetic alopecia, which is due to male hormone, testosterone. You can use following treatment:I would suggest you switch over to 10% minoxidil once a day and a hair serum containing peptides for hair growth at night. (Q sera). Along with this finastridine ointment. Both ointment are tolerable and very less side effects. If you have already used then go for then ask dermatologist for Upcoming treatment options like microneeding, mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma therapy.
And last option is hair transplantation.Use gentle shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil twice a week. Avoid combing in wet hair and let them dry by wrapping in towel. Avoid blow dryers and hair-color/dyes. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, avoid stress, drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards, Dr. Sagar
