my son 4&1/2 years he had cough and chest tightness and breathing difficulty twice in month last 3 months.doctor gave medicines omnacortil forte 5ml 3times derphyllin 3.5ml 3 times.nebulization levolin 1.25 mg budecort1mg.yesterday started anothed episode of asthmatic problems.can i gave this medicines again for 5days.before 6months he used seroflo125 inhaler.then sfter doctor prescribe seroflo50 .after that this problem started.now we are using budecort 100.but no use he has asthamatic problem reaptedly

For that maintaince inhaler therapy with foracort 200 that contain formeterol plus budesonide can be prescribed daily.

Salbutamol inhalation kept on sos treatment when needed

Allergy testing should be done so that causative allergen can be identified.

Maintain regular peak flow chart.
