Suggest Medicine For Severe Left Sided Back Pain
After sitting in a doctor s office on a hardback chair for about two hours, one waiting for doc and one for my initial appointment with her, I left with severe pain on the left side of my back. I took a 600 mg of Tylenol when I got home and applied heat. Not much relief. What next?

Most probably it will be a spine related problems like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
