Suggest Medicine For Shoulder To Finger Pain During Periods?

hi. I have a question about um during my menstrual cycle. I have pain from my shoulder to my fingertips it's not really pain its like a numbness and tingling but its only during my menstrual cycle and not every cycle just probably every other and I want to know what is the numbness and tingling I think I did have a shoulder injury um about 10 years ago nothing major just like a torn ligament but I would really like to know what is associated with the numbness I think it might be poor circulation but I'm not sure.
