I ve taken Tylenol and Advil to treat the pain but non of these medications seem to work. I also have gone to the optometrist to check my eye sight and everything came out normal.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Sudden onset giddiness or a headache may be due to acute BPPV or acute vestibular neurinitis or acute labyrinthitis or posterior circulation stroke or cardiac arrhythmia.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet vertin. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
