hello, my friend has tonsillitis and streptococci. We have been to the doctor and got antibiotics. that he has eaten in four days. he does not get better so yesterday we went back to have something stronger and he received tramadol. but now he spits blood as well.

Hello,

You may use tablet Amoxicillin and Clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If symptoms not improved, please consult with your physician / ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
