Hi..
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain it is possible that you get
allergic reaction to a medicine which you were not allergic to before as initially when you take a medicine that you are allergic to , the body produces
antibodies against that drug and when the antibodies becomes sufficient in body and then as you take the drug again the antibodies fight with the allergen that is represented as allergic reaction causing Itching, hives, breathing problems etc..
In case of getting allergic reaction to Combiflam as it has
Paracetamol and
Ibuprofen it seems Ibuprofen is the probable cause of allergic reaction..
Enzoflam contains Paracetamol and
Diclofenac Sodium and you are not allergic to it, that also somewhere indicate that Ibuprofen might be the culprit..
As you have
severe pain you can take TRAMADOL 50 mg thrice a day for relief, but the permanent is is getting teeth extracted under antibiotic cover that is taking antibiotics like
Augmentin 625 mg thrice a day 3 day before extraction and continue for 5 days after extraction as Diabetics areore prone to infection...
Keep monitoring your Blood sugar level and should be under normal range on the day of extraction..
Hope this information helps
.
