hi sir... i am 29 years old... by some reason i have skipped taking breakfast for 2years.. i am Non-veg.. i dont have any drinking habits. Now From 1 month am suffering with acidity... am using Famotidine 20mg tablets from 20 days but no use can u please suggest the best medicine..
According to your complain you have problem of acidity problem that may be because of gastritis problem or other reasons. Proton pump inhibitor drugs helpful in gastritis problem. Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.. Avoid too fatty foods and junk foods... Avoid immeadiate lying down after meal. Take a small amount of meal and chew properly.. Do a regular exercise more than minute 20 minutes... Drink more water per day.. Avoid tea ,coffe... Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment. Take care. Thank you.
