Suggest Medicine To Cure Dark Spots Around Cheeks And Nose

Hello Dr Prasad, My Age is 34 I m getting dark spots in my checks and nose. How to avoid this? I consulted a Dermatologist. He has given a Melacare Forte cream and One-up tablets. By using these cream, when i was applied the area become very red. Its not curable. Please suggest any good medicine to cure.
