Suggest Medicine To Cure Fever In An Infant
Dear sir, My daughter 1year old got fever from last 3 days, as advice by doctor we are giving dolo 120 at 4 hours intervals, after given it will be normal and again body temperature raises, even after 4 days she as not recovered. Kindly suggest. with regards, Mahesh

I have gone through your query. Initially her problem can be viral infection and your doctor had advised you to take dolo. But if fever persist and raises it can be due to secondary bacterial infection. In such case you should review with your doctor and antibiotics might be needed also. In case of infection after proper antibiotic therapy fever will come down.
