Hello and welcome to `Ask A Doctor` service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
* As per my clinical concern, the cause of nausea to be evaluated is vital for the management as merely anti emetic will not control the chronic nausea problem.
* I would like to evaluate the case with all reports and specifically the upper GI endoscopy to guide further.
* Primary guidelines till the time being relief
- Diet measures to avoid spices, oily, dairy fat. - PPI as omeprazole or pantoprazole with sips of water on empty stomach. - Avoid stress, anxiety. - Keep blood pressure and blood sugar, body weight under control.
Welcome for further doubts. Thank you.
