Suggest Medicine To Get Proper Erection?
Hello Dr,
In last three years i did not had any problem related to erect penis.I use to keep erections properly,
now we, me my wife planing for baby , dr asked for "i sure" to check the ovulation its is positive , we started sex then i got erection when i inserted into vagina , penis become non erect, is this psychological problem or performance fear or any problem ? any medicine to keep erection . 24-48 hours in an important for intercourse to deposit sperms near cervix. please suggest me medicines to get erection .

If you have had good erections in the past and now after your doctor's instructions you are aware of your sexual activity and hence losing erection when inserting penis in vagina then it is performance anxiety. This is a psychological problem.
You do not need any medicine for your situation.
Please do the following steps:
1. Talk to your partner.
2. Indulge in longer and slower foreplay.
3. Use start/ stop technique where you stop short of penetration and then allow the sexual tension to rebuild until you have achieved a good erection
