Suggest Medicine To Improve IQ Of A Child With Down Syndrome

I have a son of 14 yrs.He is having down syndrome with 70%IQ. he has undergone mega colon operation at the age of 45 days and finally at the age of 02yrs his abdominal obstruction worked properly. kindly advice me for any medicine to improve his IQ and growth .present weight is 29 kg and height is 04 ft.

Thanks for the query.
An IQ score is, after all, just a number. It does not reflect the ability for a child to have a wonderful, fulfilling, and successful life. And it does not measure equally important attributes such as creativity, personality, perseverance, and life experiences.
Education programs before reaching school age may be useful.
Behavioural therapy and speech therapy may help.
GABA blocking agent like PTZ may help but the efficacy of any drug has not been established till date.
