General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been diagnosed as pcod cases..

In this condition metformin and Hormonal contraceptive pill usually prescribed for decrease hirsutism and regulate menstrual flow ...

Pulsatile luprolide or clomiphene are drug available to induce ovulation and improve fertility if needed

Life style changes needed and reduce weight if obese

I will not suggest you to start self medication

With keeping this in mind consult gynecologist for examination and accordingly get your prescription

Take care

Hope your concern solved
