Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have been having high blood pressure readings, I changed my supplements and now they have been in the normal range for a few weeks, I just felt really tired so I took my blood pressure lying down 108/77 heart rate 79. I then stood up and took it 105/80 heart rate 96. I am 55 year old female 5'4" 140 lbs
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and looking to your history given here I would say that your blood pressure is absolutely in normal range and you said to be a normotensive and no need to worry about this why you are tired because you may be go on measuring the blood pressure and this is the wrong habit, you are not suppose to read this moreover this would not manifest clinically unless this is the malignant hypertension, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
