i am 60, 5 10, 82kg ,married 40 years and have a heartvalve problem and take medication, warfrin etc. i am active and still working as a concretor and able to maintain an erection without tablets at this stage. we have sex 1 to 2 times weekly at my asking. i look at porn and masterbate not less than twice a day and have told my wife who genuinely does not mind. we have always spoken honestly and openly to each other about sex,we have never discussed this with anyone else.my wife lets me have quick sex to please me, there is no kissing,cuddling, foreplay, or intimacy. my wife say,s there is something wrong with me wanting sex all the time. what can i do to stop this craving?

Medically speaking you are perfectly healthy and more of a man than you think you are. Your hormone and sexual health is an indicator of good health and honestly speaking you should be proud of it.

As long as your wife understanda and as long as you do not go astray from the virtues, respect and principles that marriage requires, please continue and do not be ashamed of it.
