Suggest Methods To Detox Prolia From System

Have been experiencing horrific low back pain. Need a rollator to walk. Never had low back pain before. Got 2nd prolia injection in late Jan. have not done anything to cause this pain. I am a 70 year old female and up to now have been very active. I cannot cook, clean or shop except with great difficulty. Is there a way to clear prolia from your system? I am sure now that this is what is causing my pain.

Hello,

Prolia is used to treat bone loss in men who are at high risk for fracture receiving certain treatments for prostate cancer. From this I understand that you have has prostate cancer. So, it is not prolia who is causing your back pain. But you need to have a check for possible fractures in your lower back due to medications you are using against prostate cancer. Also, it is good to check for possible spread of prostate cancer in the bones of your pelvis and back, because it is something that can happen in people with prostate cancer.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Klarida Papaqako, General & Family Physician
