Suggest Methods To Increase Body Weight

Sir i am 22 years old, my height is 6 feet 4 inch & my weight is only 60 kg. I am underweight Am i abnormal? I am so nervous a about it. I also do smoking ocasionlly & i takes tobaco(jarda) regularly from last 4 years. What can i do to get weight? I am ready to do everything to get it. Please help me. Is musterbation also decreases health?

According to your physical parameters your BMI is 16.2, indicating your weight is in the Underweight category for adults of your height.For your height, a normal weight range would be from 152 to 205 pounds.

Talk with your healthcare provider to determine possible causes of underweight and if you need to gain weight.Being underweight can be due to excessive physical activity, skipping meals, too much fasting, emotional stress, genetic factors, lack of sleep, a weak digestive system, and some diseases like cancer, tuberculosis, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, hyperthyroidism or anorexia.And masturbation is an unlikely cause. However you need to give up unhealthy habits(tobacco) and need to consult with doctor to rule out any other medical reasons for your underweight along with maintaining healthy diet.
