Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
My opinion-
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-problem with Testes/Or spermatic cord-which needs to be checked physically and investigated and confirmed by your family Physician.
The reducing count indicates deteriorating Testicular function-which could be due to infection(STD-
Gonorrhea) / or from high testes temperature, from overcongestion of blood(as in
Varicocele of Spermatic Cord)
Consult another physician who would send you to Urologist and start corrective treatment.
You should not waste your valuable time to find out, Other causes of reducing
sperm count - needs to be ruled out,by consults with Surgeon / and if needed from Urologist, before start of any treatment.
