Suggest Methods To Increase Weight In Teenagers

Sir I am eating a lot but my weight is not increasing... I am 20 year old college going student I am also a medical student but sir I am fed up of this problem....my height is 5.9 Feet and weight is 49 k.g only ..... now I am going to gym drinking lot of water and eggs also but weight is not increasing ...

I understand your concern.
Increase in weight is advisable to gain by natural means through diet and exercise, and it must happen over a period of time.
Kindly do the following to gain weight significantly over a period of time.
Take diet rich in carbohydrates, rich in proteins and moderate amount of fats along with good quantity of vitamins and minerals.
Some foods which can help you to gain weight and you can take it on a regular basis include: Rice, Milk, Banana, Apple and Jackfruit. You can use protein supplements in the form of powder mixed with milk and to be taken everyday twice daily. Include regular intake of one fruit mentioned above in your diet.
Strictly avoid junk foods. Exercise regularly to keep a check on your weight and also to keep you in proper shape.
Over a period of 6 months, you should gain weight significantly and then modify your diet according to your needs.
