Am having trouble losing weight I have lost about 25 pound over a two in a half month period. Am only losing Inches now. I have cut out carbohydrates and I work out about three to four time a week on the treadmill, running 30 to 40 minutes and also I do weights. And also fast two times weekly. I carry most of my weight on my stomach.it is very frustrating. My blood pressure is great my blood sugar is perfect. Why can t I lose weight of my stomach I have lost weight every where expect my stomach.
Hello! How long have you followed this lifestyle. May be you need more time . The belly zone is the most problematic zone on lossing fat . Try to do every day at minimum 20 min abs workout. How old are you. You should know that after 30 years old the metabolism rate diminishes. I think you have done progress, just you need more time. Maybe 2-3 months to see results in your belly.
