Suggest Methods To Lose Weight In High Blood Pressure Patients

I have been diagnosed a few years ago with high blood pressure, i am 40 and a single mother. I take candesartan and metoprolol. I eat quite well and reasonably healthy, but have increased weight over the past few years despite being active. I was always slim/ skinny up until recently and never really had an issue with my weight until now. I have tried exercising, but my adrenalin gets too high, which increases my blood pressure. How can i lose weight please?
